We will explore each of the generations to understand how they work and how to hire and retain all generations in the workforce. We will discuss how to engage the current employees though understanding the different characteristics of each generation allowing for developing cohesiveness in the workforce.

Dr. Gail is a High-Performance Coach, Corporate Trainer, and Elite Brain Health Professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, education, and leadership. A retired university chair and adjunct professor, she is recognized mindset expert, speaker, and small business owner of Together Providing Hope, LLC. Accomplished in program development, she leads innovations such as the first hospital-based SANE program, first breathing lung transplant in the midwest and first patient portal for transplant ,translated into 5 languages on a patient portal for education of patients and families. Honors include Bethany College's Alumni Service Award and Summit County YWCA's 100 Women of Distinction. Certified as an Elite Brain Health Coach by the Amen clinics, Executive Director and Certified as a Leadership Expert with John Maxwell Leadership.
