About Kathryn Brown

Kathryn Brown is Special Counsel with Duane Morris LLP. She represents companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations in a wide range of workplace law matters. She counsels employers on day-to-day issues, including wage and hour compliance, investigations of employee complaints, leaves of absence and reductions in force. Her goal is to put employers in the best position to avoid legal claims and to mount a strong defense if litigation arises. Kathryn is based in New Albany and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
