Elise is a three-time CEO, leadership strategist, business consultant and executive coach. She is the founder of Mitchell Communications Group, one of the top 10 fastest-growing public relations firms globally and a two-time Inc. 500/5000 fastest growing company. Under her leadership, her agency grew more than 500% in five years. 

At the end of 2012, Elise sold her firm to Dentsu Aegis Network. Elise also serves as CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Public Relations Network. Today she serves as chairman of Mitchell and also advises clients through her own leadership and business consultancy.

Elise has received numerous awards for her success in business including: Entrepreneur of the Year (NAFE), Agency Professional of the Year (PRWeek), a Top 50 Power Player in Public Relations (PRWeek) and a Top Speaker to See (Huffington Post). 

Elise is a graduate of executive education at Harvard Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She received a master’s degree from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University. She is a Results-Trained Coach™ from the NeuroLeadership Institute, accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the society’s prestigious College of Fellows. 

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Elise motorcycling with her husband, or writing and speaking about what it takes to succeed in today’s rapidly changing business environment. She’s the author of a best-selling book on leadership “Leading Through the Turn” (McGraw Hill 2017) and a popular leadership blog. 

She’s a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs a regular contributor to Entrepreneur.com and has a social reach of 18 million. Among many national and international boards she serves on, Elise is president of the International Communications Consultancy Organization, the global voice of public relations agencies. 

She teaches a master’s level course on leadership for Syracuse University and is a frequent keynote speaker on leadership and the secret to savoring the journey of life.

Christie Angel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Columbus, one of the community’s most respected organizations dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women.  Christie joined YWCA Columbus in 2017 after working many years in the private and public sectors of Columbus. It is her love of Columbus and desire to create environments for people to thrive in—those in the community and YWCA staff—that is the driving force behind her leading YWCA Columbus. Prior to joining YWCA Columbus, Angel was principal of government relations and public affairs for Calfee Strategic Solutions. She provided counsel and advisory services to businesses and non-profit organizations on local government, business strategies, and community relations matters.

Previously, Christie was deputy chief of staff and external affairs and services director to former Columbus Mayor Michel B. Coleman. She led the mayor’s external affairs office, served as the city’s chief government relations officer, and was responsible for developing and retaining relationships with business and community partners. Christie was a government affairs principal for a telecommunications company, a boutique government relations firm and legislative aide to Coleman when he served on Columbus City Council. She also spent several years working in the non-profit sector on housing and homeless issues. Christie prides herself on being socially conscious. She is an active and engaged member of Columbus’ civic and business communities.  Christie currently serves on the boards of Campus Partners for Community Urban Redevelopment and the Greater Columbus Arts Council; she is also a member of the Columbus Women’s Commission. Christie and her husband, Otto Beatty, III, reside in German Village with Betty, their Toy Fox Terrier.

Cheryl Krueger knows cookies. Starting from scratch in 1981 with a single cookie store, Cheryl grew her former company into a $50 million corporation. But she also knows compassion and leadership. Cheryl has always divided her time between running her company and giving back. Serving on countless non-profits, Cheryl raises money and has started initiatives for the military, public schools, food banks and Appalachian families in need. She still serves on numerous boards, chairs numerous committees and leads discussions and lectures on women-focused leadership across the U.S. today. In late 2018, a lifetime love of baking brought Cheryl back to the bakery, launching a new company – C. Krueger’s Finest Cookies & Baked Goods. Products from the new company are available at two retail locations as well and an extensive e-commerce website.

Casey is fluent in Spanish, is a certified GE Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Spanish, and Business.
