MEDIA POLICY: Any photography/video taken during the event may be used for marketing purposes without the ticket purchaser’s expressed permission. Marketing use includes but not limited to web sites, brochures, invitations, newsletters, e-blasts, television, social media, etc. Names and contact information for individuals will not be used.

REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds issued. We will accommodate registration transfer requests with written confirmation.
